Partner, McBreen, Tobin & Gelpi, Chicago, Illinois and New Orleans, Louisiana.  Aircraft accident litigation and as general counsel to McBreen and Associates, an international aviation insurance adjusting firm.  Supervised or participated in litigation in various states of the United States.

Executive Assistant Attorney General, Chief of the Criminal Division in the Louisiana Department of Justice in charge of legislation, grand jury investigations and prosecutions involving public corruption and other major litigation and mediations.
